Premier Client Manager – Client Relationship Center

Location: Waltham, MA
The primary focus of the CRC Client Manager role is to build client relationships that will lead to generating revenue for the business. Significant marketing and proactive relationship building skills will be essential to broaden existing relationships.

CRC Client Managers will be able to demonstrate comprehensive understanding of banking capabilities with the client by assessing needs, identifying, and recommending financial solutions. The successful CRC Client Manager will inspire trust & confidence in clients through problem solving, listening carefully to the client needs, and by proactively managing products and/or services through telephone contact. Eligibility for this position requires candidates to possess or acquire Series 6 and 63 licenses prior to hire or within 90 days of start date.

Eligibility for this position requires candidates to possess or acquire Series 6 and 63 licenses prior to hire or within 90 days of start date.
Must have a minimum of 3 + years experience in a financial sales and/or banking sales role where acquiring and managing relationships has been critical to your success.
Must have proven track record of success in sales role and delighting clients.

Desired Skills: Successful candidate will be highly motivated self-starter with intense focus on results and winning. College degree preferred. Experience in credit and lending products and sales strongly desired.
